Stacie has been teaching Yoga and Meditation for more than 20 years, she came to the practice looking to connect deeper to her body. The first studio she went to was a welcome surprise, people were so warm and wise. Stacie quickly fell in love with the Hatha Yoga practice and the way of the Bhakti yogi. Stacie has studied from many traditions and lineage along the way, and holds several certificates including two different 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings.
In 2015 Stacie felt led to pursue the study of sound, She studied the harmonium and practice of Kirtan with Benjy & Heather Wertheimer. Stacie began to experience Sound Baths and was amazed by the powerful experience that brought her. Stacie began to study with her Teacher Shalom Mayberg and became a Certified Sound Healer.
This work and the facilitation of it has been a beautiful process of helping people, and being of deep service. Stacie continues to hold monthly sound healings in the Pacific Northwest, and looks forward to more opportunities. For the past eight years Stacie has been working with College and Professional athletes on movement, meditation, and sound.
Stacie is also a competitive endurance athlete and enjoys working with athletes to balance the impact of hard work and training with restful and regenerative practices. Stacie is a long time vegan and loves to cook nourishing plant based food.
