This Masterclass on Mindfulness for Athletes will give you the tools to train your mind for your sport, event, or training. This will be an interactive zoom classroom, your participation in group discussion is highly encouraged. We will explore some ideas on meditation, visualization and more. This Masterclass is 90min and will not be recorded for later viewing, this is to create a safe space for all to share.

What to bring to your zoom space: Consider dressing in comfortable clothing, have a glass of water or maybe tea with you. A notebook and pen to take notes and also to do some prompted journaling. We will spend some time in guided meditation so if you have anything you like for that, bring it into the space.
